Our Core Values
- All Club meetings will be run in a friendly, efficient and timely manner, so as to allow each member the maximum opportunity to reach their goals
- Programme participants must be prepared for their roles and can obtain information, advice and support from members of the Committee
- Whenever possible, speeches will be based on manual projects, to allow both individual members and the Club as a whole, to achieve their goals in Toastmasters
- Every evaluation and every evaluator should be helpful and supportive, honestly pointing out both strong and weak points, while offering specific suggestions for improvement
